Abbacella Blueberry Gin and Tonic

4 cl Abbacella Apéritif Blueberry 
2 cl GIN27 Original Dry 
1 cl lime juice 
10 cl Flauder Gent’s

Alternative: Use mineral water instead of GIN27

Preparations

Pour the Abbacella Apéritif Blueberry and the gin into a glass. Add a few ice cubes and top up with tonic water. Stir briefly with a stirrer, then skewer half a strawberry with a few blueberries and put them in the glass for decoration. Alternatively, sparkling mineral water can be used instead of gin.

Tasting

The sweet and fruity aperitif with a hint of juniper harmonises wonderfully with the zappiness of the tonic water.
