Abbacella Blueberry Blue Apple

Ingredients

4 cl Abbacella Apéritif Blueberry 
4 cl Pomino 
10 cl Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Brut DOCG 
Ice

Decoration

Blueberry stick

Glass

Abbacella glass / red wine glass

Preparations

Add the Abbacella Apéritif Blueberry and the Pomino Apple Sour to the glass. Add a few ice cubes and top up with Prosecco. Stir briefly, then skewer an apple slice with a few blueberries and put them in the glass for decoration. Serve with a straw.

Tasting

Sweet berries and sour apples harmonise beautifully with the zappiness of the Prosecco.
