Abbacella Pineapple and tonic

4 cl Abbacella Apéritif Ananas
tonic water
ice
pineapple

Decoration

a piece of fresh pineapple

Glass

Abbacella glass / red wine glass

Preparations

Pour the Abbacella Apéritif Ananas into the glass. Add a few ice cubes and top up with tonic water. Stir briefly with a stirrer and add a few pieces of pineapple.

The fruity, bitter aperitif with the exotic freshness of pineapple and the effervescence of the tonic water harmonise perfectly.
